Et hotel, som oprindelig blev opført som pensionat i 1895, og dengang som nu har et af landets bedst tænkelige beliggenheder i det pittoreske område omkring Gilbjerghoved. Til dette område tabte blandt andre filosoffen Søren Kierkegaard i sin tid sit hjerte og i et hyldestdigt skrev han, "at Gilbjerget bestandig vil være et af mine yndlingssteder….her har jeg seet, saa at sige, Verdens fremkomst."
